Our kitchen is led by world-renowned Executive Chef Roy Khoo, whose expertise spans more than 30 years. His illustrious career was built in the kitchens of Ritz-Carlton properties in Florida and the U.S. Virgin Islands, CAPELLA Hotel Group properties in Singapore and Düsseldorf, and the Princeville Resort in Kauai, Hawaii.
Chef Khoo focuses on the transformative power of food through healthy and visually appealing culinary masterpieces. He shared his vision of food as a healing tool while serving as Director of Culinary at Cancer Treatment Centers of America in Georgia, where he spent seven years building a highly influential culinary model.
To complement the food, the Club offers an acclaimed wine collection of more than 23,000 bottles that is widely admired by connoisseurs.
